Commons currently has pages listed on Special:NewPages which have been deleted. It seems that deletion didn't remove the rcid from RC table like it should, maybe? One example in the URL field; 2 more:

 * http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Gill_colosiem&rcid=16180369
 * http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Usuario:DAEGON/monobook.css&rcid=16023598
