Hello, please could you create portal namespaces as, portal:translates and talk pages as Portal talk:translates.

Namespaces should be 100 and 101 respectively.

Add entries for $wgExtraNamespaces for the native-language names, and $wgNamespaceAliases for the 'Portal' and "Portal_talk" English forms.

Both namespaces have been added along with english form aliases.  If there are any issues, please do not hesitate to reopen this ticket.
