Please add Editintro, Preload, Preloadtitle parameters to Special:Emailuser. This could be especially useful for the otrs-team: If the uploader has to send a permission-email, he can just click on a link to special:emailuser and send the mail, without having to leave the wiki or replace anything in the mail text like name of the image.

This will be very useful for [[User:Arbitration_Committee]] which is often used and would be more often used if we could avoid lots of emails with the same "Wikipedia email" subject and could use templates to streamline processes.

Rephrasing bug since title and preload content can be accomplished easily with wpSubject and wpText (which matches the naming convention for pre-filling non-wikipage forms)

Although I'm not sure where and when, this functionality now exists in MediaWiki.

Reopening for now (or else I'll forget). If its really fixed feel free to re-close, but please include details on how to use an editintro with Special:Emailuser, as I don't see a way currently.

I think so; see, for example:

Hmm, there putting an edit notice into a mediawiki message, which is slightly different from the original request of a url pramater to trigger an editintro (Although that may be good enough for many use cases)
