When an IP or user is successfully unblocked, instead of a standard success message, the admin is redirected to IPBlockList. This is counter-intuitive and annoying for people with slower connections.

What about autoblocks?

It's a matter of loading a large block list for every unblock. It's simply not necessary and it's poor behavior. It should be changed to have _only_ a success message and perhaps a link to all other current blocks.
Agree, this needs to be changed or not made the default behaviour. For tabbed browsing when undoing a large tract of blocks, having to load the IP blocklist after each tab may cause the browser to stall. Waste of bandwidth, too.
Fixed as of r84534.
