Apart from standard images (GIF, JPEG, PNG), SRF-Ploticus can also produce Vector files (EPS, PS, SWF, SVG).

Make the generated HTML snippet for embedding Vector files more x-browser friendly, as much as possible.

If not, add additional parameters to allow SRF-Ploticus users to tweak sizing problems that crop up for vector files on different browsers.

Now made the generated HTML snippets for the diff formats more cross-browser friendly.

There are still some issues with SVG, SWF, EPS and PS, but at least they now degrade gracefully.
Used http://joliclic.free.fr/html/object-tag/en/index.php as main resource in finding the proper object element tweaks.

Also added width and height params so users can explicitly specify size for vector formats. This helps since auto-scale logic is not consistent across browsers.
