Suddenly after adding two new namespaces on arwiki (bug 19357), Portal namespace title changed form "بوابة" to "ﺏﻭﺎﺑﺓ", which seems to break internal links, regardless of the ugliness. Portal talk is messed up too (from "نقاش البوابة" to "ﻦﻗﺎﺷ ﺎﻠﺑﻭﺎﺑﺓ").

We need them back

Portal (100) = "بوابة"
Portal talk (101) = "نقاش البوابة"

Fixed in the original bug.
