I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place, but here goes: Right now, it's extremely difficult to find other users interested in revising an article on Wikipedia. The most difficult element of the Featured Article isn't improving an article -- it's finding people willing to review the article once you're done. To improve that process, I'd love to be able to view a list of users who have a given page watchlisted. Wikimedia already keeps this information in a database, and it should be just a matter of exporting the information for each article and making it accessible. This would be a great benefit to the social networking aspects of Wikimedia, and it would be a big help across all Wikimedia projects, not just Wikipedia. Thanks.
