Could a list arbcom-en-b please be created according to this announcement by the English Arbitration Committee:

This list is designed to compliment arbcom-l and the choice of arbcom-en-b is deliberately follows new naming conventions.  

The members and owners/moderators are the same as arbcom-l.

It would be helpful if archiving could be optional or selective.
