Steps to reproduce

1> Create a new category.
2> add code to the category, including brackets, inside nowiki brackets to another category and save.
3> Try to add the category to the page.

Actual Results:

Fails to add. If you are using programs like Twinkle it will state the category already exists.

Expected Results:

Add the category in the approrpirate section outside nowiki brackets.

Build:

Current beta build. Not sure which version that is.
