Please change default timezone for etwikipedia to Europe/Tallinn (EET/EEST, +2/+3) and possibly for other Estonian projects.

Question raised at http://et.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vikipeedia:%C3%9Cldine_arutelu#Ajav.C3.B6.C3.B6nd - agreed, no objections. Therefore I believe the same setting would go for etwikibooks, etwikisource, etwikiquote and etwiktionary whose small communities consist of mostly the same contributors that are active on etwikipedia.

Setting the timezone for Estonian projects to actually match Estonia should be a no-brainer, I can't imagine it being controversial. Assigning to Rob.
