Used software:
* Firefox 3.6.3 on Windows Xp SP3 Dutch
* MediaWiki 1.17alpha SVN [1]

UI features active:
Beta features
 	 Enable enhanced editing toolbar
 	 Enable dialogs for inserting links, tables and more
Labs features
 	 Enable syntax highlighting when editing
 	 Enable side-by-side preview
 	 Enable navigable table of contents

Steps to reproduce: 
1. goto [2]
2. edit
3. cut first paragraph
4. paste copy buffer above the category at the bottom of the page

Observed:
* firefox hangs with 1 full core CPU usage, and finally comes back with either a crash or script hangs warning
