Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

I'm working on this function that for each user
he or she can create the pages that is not exit and only the creater can edit the page, others could only view the source.

and I couldn't get over it, so I believe it's a bug.


By the way  my localsettings.php write like this :
$wgGroupPermissions['*']['createaccount'] = true;
$wgGroupPermissions['*']['edit'] = false;
$wgGroupPermissions['*']['createpage'] = false;
$wgGroupPermissions['user']['createpage'] = false;
$wgGroupPermissions['autoconfirmed']['createpage'] = true
