There's a bug in both cssjanus.py and the PHP port in MediaWiki causing rules such as div#content { direction: ltr; } not to be flipped, because the selector isn't exactly equal to 'body'.

PHP port fixed in r72717. Fix for cssjanus.py upcoming.
