Created attachment 7725 [details] An example of what the proposed system could look like. I patrol the User Creation Logs on Wikipedia and Wikinews, keeping an eye open for anyone with offensive or inappropriate usernames, and if I find any, they're reported. However it is difficult purely from the log (without deeper checking) to identify whether a user is *already* blocked. I propose to have a minor change to the User Creation Log, so that any users who are already blocked show up in a different way - so instead of showing (Talk | Contribs | Block), it may for example show the word "Unblock" instead, or the word Block could be changed - Bolded in red, Struck through or something else. It would be easier and more convenient when patrolling the log to immediately spot when a user was already dealt with, which would save you wasting time to check before filing a report.
