Description MZMcBride 2010-12-24 07:23:26 UTC
Using a plus sign with a percent sign in links causes odd behavior. Test cases:
* [[User:+%]]
* [[Page+title%]]
* [[%+]]
* [[%+ ]]
* [[%+r]]
* [[%]]
* [[+]]

fixed in r78952

This changes how internal links are interpreted by parser, but i can't imagine anyone is relying on the previous behaviour.
