Please rearrage the entries of Special:ListGroupRights as in the past (alphabetical order of the group I think). If you see the entries now you'll see that "users" are at the bottom of the table when it should be below "(all users)". The same happens with "Administrators" etc.. Check a non-updated wiki for comparation. Thank you.

AFAIK sorting the group names alphabetically was supposed to be a feature.

On meta that looks the same as my dev wiki does on 1.16, and hence it doesn't seem to have changed...

It is useful to have * and user at the begin.

When you need an other sorting, change the order in the $wgGroupPermissions...

Seems like changing it back again would only cause someone to ask for the current sorting order again.
