We shouldn't be showing Template:Ambox or any kind of "Fix me's" in offline collections. 

These templates should be stripped off when collections are being made.

As said in another comment the only way to filter content from ZIM files generated with the Extension:Collection is by using the css class 'noprint'. This needs to be fixed in the templates therefore
