r83404 introduced the new purgeNamespace script. It does the same thing as purgeList, but just operates on a given NS rather than a list of pages.

Should probably just delete the latter and merge its functionality into the former, including the batch size logic.

Scripts merged with r94444. Need backport in 1.18.
