The error is shown in a red box with the following text:
> undef error - No language defines the string 'feature_graphical_reports' at Bugzilla/Install/Util.pm line 265.
I am duly presuming this is a configuration error, probably easy to solve.

It seems to work on BZ4, so will be fixed when the sites is upgraded :)
