The tokipona language projects are long dead and gone. Someone should remove all of their settings from InitialiseSettings.php. The code for the language was changed twice before it was deleted, first from 'tp' to 'tokipona', and then to 'art-tokipona', so look for any of those strings.
They're harmless, so no rush. InitialiseSettings and CommonSettings are long overdue for a cleanup anyway...
