Agreed that this is ugly and shouldn't happen. But unless there is an easy CSS fix then I don't think we really have time to track this down.
The skin for those pages is a little messed up. It starts like: <span class="bz_closed"><a href="show_bug.cgi?id=3197" title="RESOLVED INVALID - The following pages link to this file:"><!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd"> <html> <head> (That's right, the span comes before the doctype. That span is what has the strikethrough css) example page: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/page.cgi?id=voting/bug.html&bug_id=3197
is this a issue with our custom skin or the voting extension/core of bz?
Bugmeister is the new Bugzilla maintainer and default assignee.
