Description Derk-Jan Hartman 2011-05-14 13:42:03 UTC
The noicon mode seems to generate a 2px wide thumb for the audio player.
Comment 1 Michael Dale 2011-05-15 14:55:17 UTC
There is no noicon mode in TimedMediaHandler the player always presents a link to "menu" to get more info about that current clip and click through to the description page.

The comment is about audio rendering, which is fixed targeting bug 28973

Well that's dandy and all, but there are 1000s of inclusions of audio fragments with 'noicon' and they now render as in the attachment. That doesn't seem desirable.
Comment 3 Derk-Jan Hartman 2011-05-16 21:03:16 UTC
Actually, I was mistaken about the cause here. I figured it was noicon, since that seemed like the logical cause in my testcase [[File:Four Inventions.ogg|noicon|thumb|caption]], but it's actually thumb that is causing this issue.
Comment 4 Michael Dale 2011-05-17 10:32:10 UTC
Thanks for the bug report, the size issues with audio should be fixed in r88292
