After improvements in bug28715, I would like to request to fix $wgLocaltimezone from 'Europe/Berlin' to 'Europe/Warsaw' in projects connected with Poland.

Or if it possible in local languages, i.e. Polish: 'Europa/Warszawa', Kashubian: 'Eùropa/Warszawa' Silesian: 'Ojropa/Warszawa' - it works on my testwiki, but I don't know is it allowed on Wikimedia projects.

The following projects need change:
    'csbwiki'
    'csbwiktionary'
    'plwiki'
    'plwikisource'
    'plwiktionary'
    'plwikiquote'
    'plwikibooks'
    'plwikinews'
    'plwikimedia'
and please add one project:
    'szlwiki'

I hope this request is non-controversial and don't need community consensus.

This change should be just fine; we tended to use 'Europe/Berlin' a lot in early days as it was easier to remember than looking up proper codes for other countries in CET. :)

Where there are differences (eg in DST conversion of older times), or simply where the value gets exposed to labeling it's better to make it specific.

Reponed as someone again returned old config:
    'plwiki' => 'Europe/Berlin',

there should be:
    'plwiki' => 'Europe/Warsaw',
