Description Fred Bauder 2011-05-22 10:49:15 UTC
Attempting to edit the article "Perl" on the English Wikipedia results in a situation where both the Firefox and Safari browsers are unable to load and have to be force quit.

Minimax with 10.6.7 Safari and Firefox both up to date.

Browser crashes are the browsers' fault, not MediaWiki's, although MediaWiki might be doing something that triggers the crash.

Is this still reproducible? Is it reproducible every time? Is it only the Perl article or does it happen on other articles as well? Is there anyone besides yourself who can reproduce it?

Works for me:

Mac OS X 10.6.7 (MacBookPro 6,2; x86_64)
Safari 5.0.5
