Description James Alexander 2011-06-03 21:02:08 UTC
Please enable $wgRawHtml on Collabwiki for use with fundraiser page sandboxing/testing.
Comment 1 James Alexander 2011-06-03 21:03:24 UTC
We would like to get this done for Monday (June 6th) when we have some training planned.

"<TimStarling> yes, I could enable raw HTML <root-80686> TimStarling: great, thanks <TimStarling> I would first have to be bat-shit insane <TimStarling> but that shouldn't be a problem, let me just take some drugs"

I'm not sure how much this will stand on a more private wiki...
Comment 3 James Alexander 2011-06-03 23:14:33 UTC
I'm confused. Collab is for foundation staff and contractors only (and not even all of them). It's far more private then Foundation wiki which has html enabled. The goal of this is to allow our incoming Fundraiser production staff to build new landing pages (and experiment) there without doing it on a public view wiki at first.

That was for non private wikis, we already have it enabled on a couple of private and fishbowls so it will be fine.

Won't they also need rawhtml on the public wikis then? which will never happen.
Comment 6 James Alexander 2011-06-03 23:38:24 UTC
No, the public landing pages will only be on wmfwiki where they've always been. This just allows them to train and do some basic testing without flooding foundation with tests and superfluous changes.

People actually use CollabWiki? News to me!
