The error I got

With the UploadWizard it's mandatory to provide a description of the file, and the first choice of language is the user's interface language: fine. No English language description field is provided at first: fine as well (it's way better to add one, and current forms kindly request it, but it's easier like this).

But if I add an English description and I'm too lazy to write it in my language as well, it should be enough and I shouldn't be told that I haven't provided the mandatory description, as currently happens.

We're now at UploadWizard 0.1.1, r90124.

It is not required to add a description in your interface language. It is required to add *one* description. You can simply change the first language drop-down to be some other language.

It's still quite counter-intuitive.
