I think this component would be useful. There is "Page rendering" but it seems to be a hodge podge of everything visible to the user.

I could maybe understand renaming "Page rendering" to "Parser", but I don't see much difference between the two. I'm not really objecting to a new component, but I think it'll add a lot of confusion for bug filers and bug sorters unless the distinction between the two components can be made more explicit.

Renaming may make more sense. There is user interface compontent too, right? That one seems to fit for the bugs which are not strictly parser related.
