Suhosin is installed and limits the GET parameter length to 2048 bytes. MediaWiki's ResourceLoader component will work around this limit, but that will degrade performance. If at all possible, you should set suhosin.get.max_value_length to 1024 or higher in php.ini , and set $wgResourceLoaderMaxQueryLength to the same value in LocalSettings.php . suhosin.get.max_value_length was again reported and fixed with bug 32100
GNU diff3 does not get detected. Affirmative to for MW 1.17.0 and OpenBSD with diff3 2.8.1. This issue started appearing after the upgrade to PHP 5.3.6. It was working on PHP 5.2.13. Since this error message will most likely appear more frequently when people move on with PHP I changed the importance of this bug to high.
Problem with GNU diff3 detection is persistent for MW 1.18.0
Fixed with MW 1.18.1. Thus closing this bug as RESOLVED FIXED. However I would be cool if a developer adds the respective revision for documentation purposes.
