The TestSwarm base page at http://toolserver.org/~krinkle/testswarm/ lets you connect to become part of the test... swarm... ;) if you're a recognized browser version, but doesn't seem to have any link to the test results, which are very handy to see.

Should point to:

setting to HIGH to get krinkle's attention

Since TestSwarm is made to be a platform (ie. for multiple "projects", which we and already make use of)[1] it wouldn't be entirely dedicated to MediaWiki.

However a way to see these projects is very important and an upstream bug has been filed which I will probably do myself this July while also fixing other problems in TestSwarm (such as the inability to even install it without changing files that make updating hard/impossible) - eg. creating a LocalSettings-ish file probably.

[1] Every registered user that has been given access can submit jobs. The "MediaWIki" user is one of those accounts in our TestSwarm, one that a cronjob uses to auto-submit jobs based on new commits.

Some users (including myself) also have this access. For example on http://toolserver.org/~krinkle/testswarm/user/Krinkle are a few test jobs I manually added through the web interface. In the future extensions and/or branches can be users/projects as well.

Well since there's already links to our Code Review and Bugzilla, I assume it's not impossible to add a link to our primary testing project result page as well in the meantime. :)

Sure, consider it done.

Thanks, looks great! The leaderboard's also cute. ;)
Comment 6 Krinkle 2012-05-06 00:01:32 UTC
I've also fixed it upstream in the mean time. TestSwarm 1.0.0 has a way of detecting which accounts are "projects" and has a drop down menu on top (see http://swarm.jquery.org/ for example)
