The template [[de:Vorlage:Wartungskategorie]] transclude a page of the MediaWiki namespace with {{MediaWiki:Prefs-rendering}}. That transclusion is broken in the stable version, because it is shown as a normal link to the message and not the content of that message.

Fixed in r90780. Not live.
