When using the "Make your own" feature of WikiLove currently, there are several inputs under "Add details":

> Enter a header
> Enter a title
> Enter an image from Wikimedia Commons
> Enter a message

Having both "header" and "title" inputs is rather confusing. It took me some trial and error to figure out why there were two inputs and what the second input ("title") referred to.

Clearer phrasing might help here. It might also be good to auto-fill the title input with the header input if title is left blank. (Currently if title is left blank, it just renders a large single apostrophe.)

Hopefully fixed per r90962. Took your advise of using the header text, and renamed the label to "Enter an award title:". Thanks!
