On de.wikipedia there are lots of shortcut-redirects in the "WP:"-namespace pointing to help pages. This confuses many people, so we request to add "H" as a new alias for the "Hilfe"-namespace (NS_HELP). A "HD"-alias for NS_HELP_TALK also wouldn't be bad. Both prefixes won't collide with any language codes, the "H"-alias is already used on several projects.
