You need to create a PNG with the resolution 135 x 135 pixels

And I believe, that needs to be uploaded to commons

Hi Reedy,

Thanks for your input. I have checked on Commons, most of the logos of other language projects uploaded there are all in SVG with consistent resolution of 391 × 474 (for the version with LETTER BLOCK).
And here's the link to Khmer logo - https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/wiki/File:WiktionaryKm.svg

For the PNG format, I also uploaded to Khmer Wiktionary site with right dimension of 128 x 155 for LETTER BLOCK logo version (while 135 x135 is for logo version with DICTIONARY ENTRY style).
