The following two URLs show the same page in the same language, English:
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:NewMessages&uselang=en
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:NewMessages?uselang=en

The fist URL should use the user language showing "no such special page"

This may be not a problem in LQT but in the site setup.

Problem with TWN's setup, not with LQT.
