It would be nice if it were possible to add a banner to a campaign through the banner view, in addition to the regular campaign view.

This could be implemented by adding a "Campaigns" section to the banner view (e.g. <http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NoticeTemplate/view&template=B20110608_PeterRegularBanner>).

Could you give an example of how this would be useful?
According to me,a banner is used only in one campaign, however the same campaign can have multiple banners and so it is better to add banners from the campaign view.

That's not always the case. Sometimes we use the same banner in a variety of separate campaigns.
