As reported on
[[mw:Thread:Talk:Article feedback/Hand cursor blocking stars' legend]]
the current position of the tooltips which are displayed when the mouse is over one of the stars overlaps with the text of the tooltip (see the attached screenshot).

Would it be possible to avoid this problem? E.g. the normal tooltips which are shown when hovering over a [[link]] is always displayed below/above the cursor in a place where overlaps doesn't happens. Another option would be to change the position of the text and the starts, as suggested in the thread linked above.
