The actual upload process seems to be very slow, I've got 1024 kbps upload (speed test just after confirmed upload seems fine)

This might not actually be an UW bug, and be an api upload related problem, or even a WMF site issue


Other than that, seems quite a good job!

Except it wasn't closed for some reason? This should have been resolved a long time ago, marking as fixed.
