Can someone change the language name for nds-nl.wikipedia.org from "Nedersaksisch" to "Nedersaksies" since we've recently had some spelling changes. Thanks in advance.

What exactly are you wanting changing? Namespace names? Sitename?

I thought they were referring to the name of the actual language, so Names.php.

I'm sorry if I was unclear. I meant the name used in interwiki links it currently reads "Nedersaksisch", this should be changed to "Nedersaksies".

@Thehelpfulone: this is not something that needs shell. It needs updating in Names.php and will then be deployed in the next WMF point release.

Aren't language names for interwikis now fetched from CLDR? 
You should probably report the problem there. https://translatewiki.net/wiki/CLDR
