After discussion via the Cultural Partnerships mailing list it has been decided that we'd like to request to create a North American Cultural Partnerships mailing list which will allow for specific discussion related to United States, Canada and Mexico cultural partnership (GLAM) relationships. This will primarily be an English based mailing list however all languages are welcome. 

This would be an approved membership list, for those Wikimedians active in North American GLAM partnerships. 

The main Cultural Parnterships mailing list will continue to serve as a larger audience/peer collaboration mailing list.

In case anyone is like me and wondering what happened here, the list was created by WMCH. It's hosted in the same place as the cultural-partners list.
