Description John McClure 2011-07-25 20:16:34 UTC
In AllPages and advanced search (and perhaps other places) all namespaces are listed without regard to their relative prominence within the wiki. Users get frustrated when they search through a lengthy list of namespaces many of which are devoid of content.

Suggestion is to have several lists, eg Content namespaces, Top-10 namespaces, Talk namespaces, Other namespaces. It'd be great if the namespaces listed in "Content namespaces" were just those parameterized via LocalSettings, and the Top-10 namespaces were ones rank ordered by their statistics.
