Right now we have a Wikipedia icon(http://bits.wikimedia.org/w/extensions-1.17/MobileFrontend/stylesheets/images/w.gif) for all page views. We should have a way to configure a custom icon per project.

As a point of reference. The current icon is 35x22.

Possibly consider a consistent set of management for:
* favicon
* apple-touch-icon
* this thingy

stylesheets/images/mw.png: http://i.imgur.com/wG0TZ.png

The w.gif files in images/ and stylesheets/images should also be removed when this is applied and uploaded though the wiki like wgLogo on most wikis
