Current Lqt version shows all actions in the menu, for example including "drag to new location" which only logged-in users can perform.

After trying to perform the drag and drop action, users see the error message "permission denied" in the last moment - instead of telling them this when starting the action. 

I suggest to grey out actions for which the current user does not have sufficient rights.

Still the case and this is a major usability problem imho. Highlighting.
