See the link that I add soon. None of those links should be underlined, as they're within an <abbr> tag or .explain, so I want to explain the user something when they hover it. I currently don't have a running trunk to check where the problem is, else I'd add a patch. It's certainly not a heavy problem, but I think there are scenarios where such usages are desired (e.g. when an abbrevation is linked).
May I ask – why? Links (on Vector at least) are not underlined by default and always underlined on hover. This would break this expectation, and I see no reason for the change.
I'm wontfixing this. I see no reason to do this, and I'm entirely unconvinced by the explanation. I'm open for being convinced, of course.
