PNNL has added a hook in specials/SF_FormEdit.php for last-minute changes to form data prior to the redirect form being called.  This hook allows us to insert page content that enriches the page that couldn't otherwise be contained in a template (header tabs, other layout customizations).

Note that the patch was made against a fresh downloaded copy of Semantic Forms 2.2.1.

I'm always up for adding hooks in - I just added this code into SVN.
