For a page with an existing summary (e.g. summary, relevance fields), forms view in "Edit" doesn't show the text. However the "Edit source" works ok.

This causes edits to lose the existing summary in some cases.

Cannot reproduce. eg http://acawiki.org/index.php?title=Norms-based_intellectual_property_systems:_The_case_of_French_chefs&action=formedit is fine.

Reopen with example link exhibiting bug if I am incorrect.
