Description Derk-Jan Hartman 2011-08-10 18:15:15 UTC
Youtube has metadata for Artists. This seems to be fed from freebase. The copyright statement still states GFDL
Comment 1 Tomasz Finc 2011-08-10 18:30:35 UTC
Thanks for the heads up. I mailed our contact and am waiting to hear back about when it might be changed.
Comment 2 Derk-Jan Hartman 2011-10-22 16:44:06 UTC
Freebase is now corrected. Youtube still needs to get their act together.
Comment 3 Derk-Jan Hartman 2011-12-04 23:21:18 UTC
Still not fixed on the google plusified youtube.
Comment 4 Nemo 2012-08-23 22:10:04 UTC
Where is this metadata shown? I can't see any mention of license.
Comment 5 Andre Klapper 2012-10-24 00:47:15 UTC
Derk-Jan: Where exactly is this metadata or license information shown?

Comment 7 Derk-Jan Hartman 2012-10-28 16:45:17 UTC
Hmm, it seems as if at least the page that I pointed out originally, no longer uses freebase nor wikipedia...
Comment 8 Nemo 2012-10-28 21:03:53 UTC
Closing then. Such requests are probably best held via legal AT wikimedia DOT org, now.
