If I had pcre.recursion_limit=30 and pages with title approximately more then 20 cyrillic characters long then all links to those pages lead me to pages with character mix in title and address, so those pages not accesible at all.
The only way to see content is to view diff in recent changes.

So maybe it is possible to add some information to requirements list/installation process or even check it in every page.
