after switching languages in the preferences page

1. Hebrew page alignment is wrong (LTR not RTL)
2. left parenthesis in Hebrew preference page appears as right right parenthesis

Where did you find this? This is likely on a pre-1.18 wiki, because it should be aligned according to the user language since 1.18 (RTL or Hebrew).

it is from mediawiki.org.
I found it while showing some people how to edit wikis in hebrew.
I hope it is fixed.
