In contrast message 'spl-subpages-par-format' mentions only "ol" "ul" and "list" as possible formats. However 'spl-subpages-par-separator' refers to a forth format "bar". It would be nice to clarify this and change the messages accordingly.

It's one format actually. Clarified in r94582.
