Same as bug 5094 which is listed as "invalid".  See capital vs. lower-case "e" in this example:

Shifting the "e" to lower case fixes the problem.  Not satisfactory since need for lower case is not apparent.

It doesn't matter that it's a redirect, all titles in MediaWiki are case sensitive (Except the first character, that's forced uppercase).

If there's any documentation that states that it should act in the way you describe please share.

I think I understand:

A link to "hello There" would be valid, making it seem case-insensitive.
